Chances are wherever you find yourself in the world there will be some form of biltong – of course it could never match “the real thing”, but cured or dried meats are part and parcel of many cultures across the globe and some form of preserved protein pops up in many food cultures – from dried and salted fish to the more traditional beef, and some pretty weird and wacky variations in between.
We’re pretty biased, we know, but nothing really compares to the utterly unique and irresistible taste of biltong and droewors.
